Please read all terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of my rights when booking your service. Booking with me signifies that you agree to the terms and conditions.
All contracts/dealings between Makeup By Vi (ABN 96 403 759 087) and any person (client) relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by Makeup By Vi to the client through any of the contact details provided on all social media platforms, are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below.
By using social media platforms and contact details provided by Makeup By Vi, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Makeup By Vi has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use any service provided by Makeup By Vi, and visit the social media platforms, the client agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED FROM CLIENTS – In order to provide better service to my clients, Makeup By Vi may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, Makeup By Vi may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require.
Makeup by Vi will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information/details to any third party without the Client’s consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.
Liability
All brushes, makeup products and lash equipment and products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between each and every service application. Any skin conditions and allergies should be reported by the client to Makeup By Vi prior to any makeup or lash application.
Client(s) agree to release the artist/tech from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. The artist/tech is held harmless towards any claim, loss, damage, or injury, either directly or indirectly from the artists performance.
Property
All content made available to the client via the Makeup By Vi social media platforms is property of Makeup By Vi.
Client(s) agree that Makeup By Vi may use any photographs/images taken of the client for portfolio, website or any promotions unless notified in advanced. The client is not permitted to alter or reproduce the images on the Makeup By Vi social media platforms in any manner without permission from Makeup By Vi.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Other
– Prices are subject to change without notice. All makeup prices are at a fixed rate and are non-negotiable.
– Travel may be made upon request. If travel is required, a fee will be charged. Minimum booking of 2 persons is required to qualify for travel service. eg. Bridal party: Bride + 1 x Bridesmaid makeup.
– An early morning fee of $50 will apply for bookings made before 7:30am.
– A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure bookings.
